INSURANCE

The following insurance items are not required but are highly recommended:

General liability with at least $1 million in coverage
Errors and omissions insurance with at least $1 million in coverage
Worker’s compensation insurance with at least $500K in coverage
Proficiency in utilizing PPW or Pruvan

BACKGROUND CHECKS

Background checks are REQUIRED for all new primary vendors. It does not matter if you have completed other background checks with other companies. You MUST utilize Aspen Grove and obtain an ABC number. You must pass with the highest level clearance of IC01 in order to be eligible to work as a primary vendor. Felonies are NOT allowed. Certain misdemeanors are acceptable but I do not know the specifics on this.
